National Pioneer’s Conference (NPC) 2009 was held in YMCA Ipoh, Perak from the 15^th – 17^th of May 2009. On the very first night we had Friday Night Fever! whereby every LC performed their square dances on the stage. And the ‘Best Square Dance’ title goes to… *drum roll* … LC USM with the song Paper Planes by M.I.A (a.k.a Ka-Ching).  

On the 2^nd day we had Telematch in the morning. The games that were designed by the OCs are very much aligned to our 6 AIESEC Values.

After lunch, we had 2 sessions on Vision and National Focus Area (NFA) conducted by Boey. Everyone in the plenary contributed towards developing the national focus for AIESEC in Malaysia. After discussing in our respective group assigned, our ideas were reviewed, finalized and revealed by the MC.

As for the Vision, we have come out with:

And not to be forgotten, our all time favorite sculling competition. The winner goes to… LC TUC and LCUM came after. :)  *clapclap*

On the 3^rd day after the morning plenary, we have session on the Balance Score Card (BSC) by Khai Lun to give us a clearer view on how BSC works. Our last session on the Agenda was the closing plenary. Everyone had to say goodbye to the current MC 08/09 as it will be their final conference and James sang us his last song in his final national conference.

So, that’s all for NPC. Our upcoming event will be NATCON which will be held in UKM from 12^th until the 16^th of June 2009. Hope to see all the current team 09/10 there soon! See ya and Happy Holiday!
