AIESEC Malaysia Awards Night or are better known as AMAN 2009 was held at Bentley Hall, Mutiara Damansara on the 16th of January, Saturday night.
Purple swivels of skirts and blue-green shades of glitters from the ladies; the well-pressed coats of gentlemen and high collared shirts filled the marble tiled room. Not only did AIESECers come to claim their rightful awards after a year-long fulfilling duty for the term 2008/2009, but they also dress to impress!
The theme for that night was Hollywood VS Bollywood and if you’ve been there, you’d know the sort of fame parading throughout the event. This just goes to show that good leaders knew that good self presentation is just as important as good work performance!
So take a tip people. Make the effort to walk your talk.
Cafrey Ma, MCP 2009/2010 gave a toast to start the night with a short speech to keep his men grounded even after the awards are given out; for they are meant to show appreciation for the hard work members had given throughout their term. It should not be the end goal for anyone, but as a motivation to move forward and for a better leadership development.
Dinner was served and enjoyed for a full hour before formalities start at exactly 9PM sharp; for punctuality is another leadership quality. And the flow goes as follow:

At 10PM that very night, the curtains finally fall upon another grandeur event. And if there be any other way for a memorable ending would be the song sung by The Bananas, We are the Champion!
