AIESEC in Universiti Malaya (UM) has 7 different departments and is currently running 2 projects.

7 Departments:
Incoming Exchange (ICX):
Facilitate the process of bringing in students from all over the world to work in Malaysia

Outgoing Exchange (OGX):
Facilitate the process of bringing in students from all over the world to work in Malaysia

External Relations (ER):
Establish relationship with various externals to ensure the smooth operations of the organization

Young Visionaries (YV):
Make a difference for underprivileged children through activities & cultural exposure

Talent Management (TM):
Learn how Human Resources works. Be responsible for members’ development & appraisal

Communications (COMM):
Manage the flow of information in & out of the organisation. Ensure the right messages are sent across to members & to externals of the organisation.

Finance, Admin & Information Management (FAIM):

Manage & control the organisation’s resources & relationship with authorities. Manage the organisation’s knowledge & information through online platforms.

SCB HIV/AIDS Project:
Run workshops in education institutions to raise awareness of HIV/AIDS and create a societal impact.

National Entrepreneurship Initiative:

Conduct workshops to guide youths on entrepreneurship and increase the interest of starting up own business among youths.
