LEAD is an event where we gather former Executive Board members in AIESEC UM to share their experience with our members. In LEAD, we will have forums, group discussions as well as departmental sharing for members to explore all the leadership opportunities provided in AIESEC UM.

The main objectives of LEAD are to:
- Enable members to interact with alumni
- Leverage on experience of alumni through sharing
- Provide members with insights of other dept current realities & JD
- Set clear job expectations of a vice president to members
- Announce the application of LC VP election and push members to run
